We do not recommend Ultra Flush doors for areas where there is a significant temperature difference between either side of the opening, as rapid changes in heat can affect all types of wooden doors.

*These doors are specifically routed/serviced to suit our frame after the finish of the door has been applied, therefore the rebated back section and rebated front will need to be primed - priming instructions below.

Magnetic Latches
A magnetic latch uses magnets to hold the door closed instead of a traditional spring latch.
Types of Latches:
- Handle (8mm spindle required)
- Thumb Turn (6mm spindle required)
- Cylinder (Euro cylinder lock required)
- Touch (Only available in Satin and Matt Black)
Hinges
Our concealed hinge is a hinge that is hidden from view when the door is closed, giving a clean and modern appearance.
Manual Handling:
Fire doors and other solid core doors are heavy and should not be lifted by one person alone. Always use at least two people when handling doors.
Safe Storage
Store Doors
- Flat and level
- In a well-ventilated area
- In dry conditions
Never Store Doors
- On their edge
- Standing on end
- In wet or damp conditions
Keep stack heights safe to allow easy handling.
Avoid direct sunlight on stored doors, as this may cause fading or discolouration.
Stacking Doors Correctly:
- Use at least three load bearers for even weight distribution.
- Ensure bearers are wider than the door.
- Place the widest doors at the bottom.
- Store doors in the order they will be used to reduce unnecessary movement.
Avoid Moisture:
- Doors must not be stored or installed while wet trades are ongoing.
- Examples include plastering, screeding, or painting before surfaces are fully dry.
- Ensure all areas are fully dried before fitting or storing doors.

Fire Safety:
Timber products and packaging materials are combustible.
Store away from open flames and radiant heat sources. In the event of fire, use water to extinguish.
Packaging Disposal:
Dispose of polythene and packaging materials through trade recycling schemes or standard refuse collection services.

Delivery Times
- Standard delivery service for Ultra Flush doors is 2-5 working days.
- Next working day delivery for our Ultra Flush - orders would need to be placed before 10:30am.
- You will receive a 2-hour delivery time slot on the day of delivery.
Returns
When the goods are delivered you have 48 hours to notify us of any discrepancies. No claims will be accepted after this time.
Due to the bespoke nature of these doors, these are a special item manufactured to order and therefore the doors are non-returnable unless due to manufacturing defects notified to us within 48 hours of delivery.
