This kit is suitable for:
- Doors 44mm thick
- Doors up to 60 kg in weight
- 75mm or 10mm stud work (see dimension table.)
Kit Contents:
- A full Solid Oak FD30 approved jamb kit
- Intumescent pack. (Can be painted with fire resistant paint.)
- All the galvanised steel uprights and horizontals required to build the pocket, plus the track
- The brackets to fit the frame to the stud work that double as plasterboard positioners and supports
- Adjustable pocket entrance floor guide
- Runners with carbon steel 'sealed for life' bearings
- A spring steel door brake (30kg - 45kg soft close option available) Soft Close
What you need to supply:
- 44mm FD30 fire rated door panel, max weight 60kg
- Stud work to suit
- Plasterboard (See dimentions table.)
Please note that you will need to purchase Jeld-wen FD30 doors. These can be purchased at places such as: B&Q, Travis Perkins, Jewsons, Screwfix and many more.
