There are two basic products available; the space-saving sliding pocket door system, and the concealed, ultra-flush door and frame without the traditional architrave surround. Both will give your home the added ‘wow’ factor compared to a traditional hinged door.
Space Saving Pocket Door
Pocket doors can conceal functional parts of your space, like closets, pantries, or utility rooms. When closed, they will seamlessly integrate into the surrounding wall, promoting a clean and uncluttered appearance. They also offer improved accessibility as they slide effortlessly along a hidden stainless-steel track within the framework.
Rocket offers kits for three different stud work dimensions. This allows you choose a style of door that best suits your surroundings, including double doors.
Ultra Flush Doors
The ultra flush door design continues to grow in popularity. With this system murals, paint effects or wallpaper can continue and match the door.
Made of extruded aluminium, the framework has ‘hooked’ edge profiles for plaster retention and can be installed as push or pull, left or right opening offering structural as well as visual flexibility.
All doors are supplied primed ready for decorating. They are pre-routed with a magnetic lock and strike plate which can be specified as a latch, bathroom thumb turn or cylinder lock. Completely invisible 3-way adjustable hinges for perfect shut lines.
Fire Safety Tested
Both door styles are fully tested and approved for 30 minutes fire protection FD30. They come supplied with their own intumescent kit that fits into the frame and not the door saving time and money providing further peace of mind.
